Proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws shall be submitted at a regular meeting of The Club. At the next regular meeting, the proposed amendments may be adopted by a 2/3 affirmative vote of members present and voting, a quorum being present. Approved amendments shall become effective at the next regular meeting following their adoption.

6:40pm Rules of Endorsement process
6:45pm Candidate Speeches (3 min each) - All candidates will be in waiting room until they are invited in for their speech.
7:30pm Discussion among membership (who are not candidates)
Online ballots will be sent out by 9pm tonight and members in good standing will have until Saturday Sept 19, 2026 11:59pm to cast their vote.
Results will be announced by Sunday September 19, 2026 12pm.
