Vote to approve Youth Ambassador Program 2025-2026 & Bylaw Amendment as follows:

Article II, Section 4

Each member shall pay dues on an annual basis as follows:

  • Individual: $25

  • Additional Household member: $5

  • Sponsoring: $50 

  • Benefactor: $100

  • Patron: $250

  • Low-income: $10

  • Hardship Waiver upon request.*

*Ages 14 - 18 years old automatically qualify for hardship waiver.

7:45pm Nomination & Election of 6 Representatives of the club to California Democratic Party (CDP) PreEndorsing Conferences 2026, 2028

Process to select a Representative to the California Democratic Party (CDP) PreEndorsing Conferences: email nominations to democratsofpasfoothills@gmail.com before October 16, 2025 general meeting, which is on Zoom. Members in good standing may self nominate or nominate another member in good standing. Opportunity for nominations from the floor at the meeting. Nominees must be present to accept the nomination and must be members in good standing. Nominees with the most vote will be the club representative to the California Democratic Party (CDP) PreEndorsing Conferences

8:00pm Vote to approve location of Thursday Nov 20, 2025 fundraising dinner $50/person. Issues to consider: 40 person capacity, $25/person budget, parking, distance, no planning committee (book it, show up), 100% vegan or vegan options.

  • Option A: Veggie Grill ($15-$20/entree, local Pasadena, 100% vegan, cafeteria style, international cuisines, parking lot)

  • Option B: President Thai ($18-$25/entree, local Pasadena, some vegan, private patio, soup/curry cannot be made vegan, street parking)

  • Option C: Happy Family Restaurant ($18-$22/entree, Monterey Park, 100% vegan, Chinese cuisine, mix small/banquet tables - no private room, parking complex

  • Option D: Au Lac ($17-$22/entree, downtown Los Angeles, 100% vegan, Vietnamese fusion, multiple small tables, private room?, parking?)

  • Option E?
